Abstract
The dengue virus is a very small microbe that can only be seen under an electron microscope. It competes with the human cells it infects for proteins to survive. Dengue fever is transmitted to a person through the bite of adult female Ades genus mosquitoes (mainly A. Aegypty and A. Albopictus). Dengue fever is a disease that is often suffered by the local community in the Kedung Mundu Health Center area. This study aims to determine the mapping of the spread of Dengue Fever with Geographic Information System (GIS) based. This research method is descriptive with secondary data collection in the form of samples from a population of 7 villages in the Kedung Mundu Health Center working area. Data processing is done using ArcGIS application. The results obtained from this study are that the number of Dengue Fever disease spread from 2021-2023 amounted to 161 people with female gender as many as 54 people and male 107 people. The conclusion of this study is that the number of Dengue Fever disease spread per working area at the Kedung Mundu Health Center has increased – decreased.
